According to the announcement (on FACEBOOK), the rocket was supposed to be about a meter tall made of molten material and the plane in much higher flame and with lights to the model sold on the website. As it didnt cost the earth I didnt bother doing anything about it. I put it down to it being my fault, although I know it wasn't. There were hundreds and thousands of tiny pieces in the box and I wouldn't waste my time putting it together. I found it through Instagram (my first mistake), and it is a scam shopping site being run out of China. I paid via PayPal and cannot get a return. There is no communication (we exchanged an email but it made no sense and they did not address my concerns/requests). I did receive some merchandise but it was not at all what I paid for, instead it was some cheap item. I tried to resolve it via email and there was no response. They stole my money.
