I am currently having a problem with Sofpx after making a purchase online after viewing the advertising at Christmas on FB , they sent me the wrong item which I didn’t want . They didn’t even enquire if I would like to exchange it before sending the product , I asked for a replacement and they offered me a 20/ discount on another purchase , I dont want to make another purchase with sofpx their customer service is really bad , it’s not the same quality advertised and their not upholding their standards . A really bad shopping experience
