I placed an order for Clarifion Air Purifier at www.clarifion.com on April 14, 2020, and have gotten nothing until now. No response when I call, only voice recording stating I will get a callback. Have yet to hear from anyone. I've sent 8 separate emails and get the same response of "it has been shipped and allow 22 business days" to receive it. I looked up the shipping partner's ship number and see that it took 4 weeks to get from one city to the next in California, which by the way, is 6 hours apart. I could have walked there faster myself and still has not received the item. All in all, I have turned this over to my credit card company and hope it will be resolved soon to get a refund.
