Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Yes indeed a scam. They use the same image and wording on their confirmation email. The tracking tab does not work and if you pressure them they give you a Chinese tracking number that never updates. They will give you a USPS tracking number that parrots the same Label created etc.AS the Chinese site But never moves past this.
