We also received a Dior scarf. AMex said as Teitanblood, the merchant, had provided evidence of the delivery the held funds have been released...not giving up though!

Same here, hunterofficial.buzz took the money on 15th January and no boots...I contacted them to ask where my boots are and they said we have a problem with my zip code and asked me to send a full address and phone number..which I did twice for them since I bought my goods.I did it again.. but then I read all of this reviews and realised I have been conned..I asked them to refund me my money before they send me any scarfs or sunglasses..I think I will wait for it long time😆
I contact my bank and they refunded me my money back.
Lesson is learned

I ordered a pair of boots for myself, it wasn't until I got my credit card statement through I realised I had 2 payments taken out for totally different amounts on the same day, I rang my bank, they blocked my card and sent claim forms out to me to fill out, still, no boots, can't believe I have been so gullible x

I went to place my order - put selected boots in my basket and noticed random other stuff in the basket instead - tried again and then went to check out - someone else’s name and full delivery details with card details were filled in the fields - very bad!!! Lucky I’m honest

So annoyed with myself!! Ordered one pair of £27 Hunter boots but got a crappy pair of fake Ray Bans!! Thank god I didn't spend more money as the offer was free delivery if you spent over £70...was so close to doing that. They have since agreed to pay me back 50% of the money which I've accepted just to get this over and done with. Won't hold my breath about receiving that though. And to think the site looked so slick and authentic when I saw it on Instragram. Shocking!

My wife ordered boots and had payment taken twice and received a scarf.Trying to get refund but they are not agreeing. They want scarf returned at our cost and only offered 40% refund when they receive scarf back!They do not respond to the fact that they have taken payment twice! A scam.

I had exactly the same experience: no boots but a fake Dior scarf and the same 'generous offer (Ha) of partial refund and refused my request for reimbursement of postal charges.
Lesson learned. Annoyed with myself too!

I ordered 3 pair of boots for my children and received a fake Dior scarf, I thought it was a genuine british site as it said GBP and looked secure, how stupid was I, I will have to contact my credit card company to see if a refund is possible.

Yes, it is a scam. Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

I’ve just ordered some boots. The confirmation email was a totally separate company so I emailed them to confirm shipping address as it’s different to the address on my card. They then emailed back said it’s nothing to do with them contact the supplier, now I can’t get on the site or get a response from anyone. I’ve just contacted my bank and they can’t do anything until tomorrow. It may be the boots turn up but it’s doubtful looking at this. Be careful x

I'm in the same boat. Cant cancel payment with the bank, cant cancel order either.
