Me too. I ordered mine on 4/2/2020. Never came. I looked on my bank statement and there was a charge for it from ITracker.com. I contacted them and they said they don't sell hot tubs. Called my bank and reported it as scam. They credited my account.

Same issue here. Fourshine/www.qcqmusic.com is a scam!I ordered almost a week ago and never got an email confirmation. They were quick to take the money out of the account though. Go figure. I took a screenshot of my order confirmation screen. I will be contacting my credit card company today to get me my money back. I would urge all of you to contact the Better Business Bureau about it and any other ways of reporting this website for scamming.

I just purchased from fourshine.com. No emails of purchase & can't get anyone to respond to email provided on site. I try to search in there site for my order & either site doesn’t work or won’t recognize my email.

It happened to me as well. I ordered the product 6 days ago. After 3 days with no e-mail order confirmation, I too sent an e-mail to BruceHildayVvZ@yahoo.com with no response... The next step now is to ask my credit card company for a refund.
