Scammers are sending fake US Bank text messages to potential victims asking them to call telephone number 8778828491. Therefore, it is recommended not to follow instructions from text messages asking you to call 877-882-8491. If you have received texts or calls that appear to have been sent or made from your bank, call them directly using the telephone number as the back of your card and from their legitimate website, and ask them to verify.
