    They are CROOKS

I had ordered 2 merinos blouses in early October 2021. I received the order mid of Dec 2021, but the products had not any relation to merinos cloth. I decided to return and refund my money back. I sent almost 10 e-mails in order to have the return address.

At late of March 2022, I received the address and posted back, paying 16E fee. At mid of Oct 2022, I received the returned package back.

The same with the chinese JIOKIOAI (I had ordered a Xmas tree with all ornaments for 60E and received an A4 sticker and LUBLUES.

So, I stopped ordering from China because almost all of them are crooks, or if there is option for paying on delivery.

I agree with all comments. The items are NOT cashmere!

No customer service to speak of.

    WARNING!

Same unfortunate experience. The ad was captivating and loaded with misleading deceit.

I ordered two sweaters. When I saw a very small package in my mailbox I never thought two sweaters could arrive in that compact plastic wrap.

To my surprise two sweaters of some odd elastic/stretch and Synthetic fabrication were delivered to me.

These questionable items were late and didn’t arrive for Christmas as advertised and worst of all were not at all cashmere but some cheap and phony fabrication.

I sent Gantnier three requests for return and refund. Not one reply back. I sent disputes to CitI and PayPal. CitI gave me a conditional refund pending investigation.

Gantnier is sending out / selling inferior product not true the ad I saw on Facebook. Also, the so called cashmere sweaters have NO labels origin of manufacturing, fabric content and care instructions- all three are missing and required by law.

The company is practicing deceitful and illegal” Bate and Switch.” This is criminal activity.

Yup, I too was taken in by a great picture of a lovely "cashmere" turtleneck in a stunning blue color. First and last time I buy anything from a Facebook ad.

    • February 9, 2022 at 1:35 PM by an anonymous user from: Central Business District, Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

My husband saw that same ad. I bought it for him. Big mistake!

  • February 6, 2022 at 9:24 AM by an anonymous user from: Lee County, Bonita Springs, Florida, United States

Total scam. Order acknowledged and payment immediately processed with tracking code. Only problem, tracking code bogus and carrier is "other". E-mail inquiries not answered.

  • February 5, 2022 at 8:46 AM by an anonymous user from: Ashburn, Virginia, United States

I ordered 3 sweaters right after Christmas b/c they looked really good in their ads. What I received was anything but. A flimsy material with no labels, so I have no idea what they're made of. I have tried emailing them to no avail. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

  • February 3, 2022 at 5:56 PM by an anonymous user from: Columbia-Shuswap, Salmon Arm, British Columbia, Canada

I was also scammed by Gantnier. Ordered a KNIT sweater and received after about 2 months a very cheap, flimsy, baggy, ugly polyester rag that might be good for wiping down my car.

Facebook ads are a joke, shame on you Facebook for allowing this to happen, anything for the almighty dollar eh?

  • January 31, 2022 at 9:14 PM by an anonymous user from: Ashburn, Virginia, United States

Same here, total fraud. They don't reply in time and don't provide an invoice thus preventing me from returning the items but also violating their own return policy. BBB is the answer, let's kick them out of the market!

  • January 26, 2022 at 6:14 AM by an anonymous user from: County Dublin, Ireland

I ordered a cashmere zip top and received an absolutely unwearable rag. I paid thru PayPal. Have I any recourse to being reimbursed do you think? Luckily I didn't choose the multiple option

  • January 22, 2022 at 9:36 PM by an anonymous user from: Hamilton County, Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States

This is a total con job. I have waited 3 months. Finally got 3 shirts that have no resemblance to what I ordered. I ordered 3xl size. They sent these cheap shirts in plastic bags marked 3xl. I soul not even get my head thru the top of the sweater..I say sweater as that is what I ordered..these are cheap polyester shirts. I give up. Thankfully my bank agrees this is a fraudulent organization. Jeff Wilamson

I bought sweaters from Gantnier. Advertised as 50% cashmere. They are 100% polyester. This company is a fraud.

Filed dispute claim thru PayPal. Do not buy Gantnier which is Fadshine. Agreed to $15 refund, just to never deal with Fadshine again!

  • January 2, 2022 at 12:23 PM by an anonymous user from: Hicksville, New York, United States

I fell victim to the same scam. If you want to dispute this, please pay careful attention to your credit card statement—the charge will *not* show up as "Gantnier" In my case, it looks to be a bogus company with a billing ID that's supposed to look like I used Apple Pay, even though I paid with an American Express card. There's a phone number that supposedly goes to the mailbox of an individual, but I suspect that's just a trick to make you think you've got the wrong number. The charge also appeared several weeks after I ordered the supposedly cashmere sweater. All these things are clearly intended to make it harder for p****d-off customers to find the charge on their statement and dispute it.

  • January 2, 2022 at 10:54 AM by an anonymous user from: Ashburn, Virginia, United States

Classic bait and switch by a company outside the US that knows it is more difficult and expensive to return their c**p or hunt down a refund. Ordered a "cashmere blend sweater" and received a polyester rib-knit shirt that was probably made in 1972. I'll donate to Goodwill and someone can wear it to a 70's party someday.

  • January 2, 2022 at 9:22 AM by an anonymous user from: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

I also ordered a cashmere zipper sweater. But what I received finally after a month, it is a piece of trash. I try to contact them on the 23rd of December and got no response!

    • December 27, 2021 at 9:58 PM by an anonymous user from: Turner, Ashburn, Georgia, United States

  • December 19, 2021 at 10:02 AM by an anonymous user from: Algarrobo Costa, Algarrobo, Andalucia, Spain

Cancelled order before shipping notice was received and asked for refund. According to T&C full refund should be made. Shipping notice was received 10 days later. No response to mails and certainly no refund. Asked C.C. company to cancel payment and refund which they will do.

Have since received goods. Did not unpack. Will write again. If no answer some charity may be happy as long as the goods are free,

Gantnier and Fadshine are a scam operation. I ordered three cashmere sweaters and received three tops made from some cheap synthetic material. I am still chasing them for a refund. Don't be fooled by their advertising. They are yet another scam company from China. Be warned!

I agree, DECEMBER 14, 2021. Ordered the Cashmere sweater and paid $50 Canadian with the exchange and it was not Cashmere. I should think the item I received was a cheap polyester, no style sweater. DON"T USE THIS SITE! IT"S A RIPOFF!

  • December 10, 2021 at 6:25 AM by an anonymous user from: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia

Definitely not what I ordered and the quality was equal to a $2 shirt from Wish. In fact Wish provide a better product.

Was not a mens shirt and was a small womens shirt received, and not an error just a cheap copy of what was ordered.

    So d**n angry

  • December 7, 2021 at 11:10 AM by an anonymous user from: City of London, London, England, United Kingdom

I am afraid is worse - I trust they use the Uyghur minority camps to make the clothing. We can not support slavery in 21 century!
