Is Topincomesource.com a Scam? Money Making Opportunity Website Review

I keep getting voicemails from 201-942-1152, which our service provider flagged as "Scam Likely". The caller asked me to go to "topincomesource.com" after some vague rambling about money-making opportunities. The webpage appears to just be an affiliate version of "retirewealthsystem.com".

This website is a scam...sounds good at first but when you start digging into it:too many red tapes/flags ... wouldn't advise anyone to pursue this
