But you can contact UPS with the tracking number they gave you and ask them to email you a document which lists the person and address where that package was delivered. It will not match your name and address since it will be some other person in your city. You then have to forward this email to your PayPal case worker and then they will refund you. I submitted a claim to Paypal (the method I used to pay for the item) and that very night received a shipping notification. Turns out that they used a tracking # of an item that was already in transit to someone else in my city to get the Paypal payment to clear. This is a technique that scammers have been using for a few years as some services, like Paypal, will not release payment to them until they "ship" the item.
