      I received the same sort of message. It came in as a text from 917-328-6178 with the message: "Costco: David, your code 64117 printed on your receipt from 18 came in 2nd in our Earpods raffle: h4gsz.info/YiBPy23AKg"

      By the way, I ensured my VPN on was and then opened up a TOR Browser window and pasted that url in there. It took me to my Google Sign page (which I immediately closed without doing anything further) and then closed my browser.
