The website attunlimiteddatasettlement.com is not a scam. If you have or had an AT&T unlimited data plan YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO A CASH PAYMENT by check or bill credit from a class action settlement. California AT&T customers claimed in a class-action lawsuit that AT&T advertised wireless data plans as “unlimited” but then slowed data speeds after customers exceeded certain data usage levels. AT&T denies that it did anything wrong. The customers and AT&T have reached a proposed settlement to resolve the lawsuit on a class action basis, as described below.
