When I disputed it with PayPal, the case was closed in favor of the scammer because they provided a proof of delivery. When I looked at the proof of delivery from USPS, it states that it is for First-Class Package Service. When I read the description of the service, USPS states that it is a service available for packages weighing up to 15.99 ounces (less than one pound). My order was for a 120L Osprey pack, impossible that the package was less than one pound no matter how ligth that piece of luggage was.
