Is Novawave Antenna a Scam? Customer Review of Free Digital Channel Device

I have another older antenna which bring in the same stations easily. I have contacted them a couple times with order number and my email as requested and the reply comes back almost immediately with the notice that they don't recognize me as a customer. I have resubmitted it a couple of times asking specific info and questions. All I get are automated replies saying they don't recognize me or the order. But strangely enough today I got emails consisting of the delivery notices for the antennas and another for the boosters.

There seems to be no direct way to contact customer service, certainly no phone number. At this stage I would not recommend dealing with this company (which seems to be a front for some company in Singapore) for any products at all. Simply if it doesn't work well in my urban multi-broadcast stations area, I doubt that it is great anywhere else.

Novawave has little to no customer support. Don't believe their 100% return policy. They make it so difficult and complicated that they must be hoping that customers will simply give up. I believe Novawave is a front, a scheme if not an out and out scam.
