I got a text about my Netflix renewal failed. I opened the PDF and clicked the button. I stopped and did not go further. I changed the password on my Netflix account. What happens now given that I opened the PDF on my iPAD?

Nothing will happen. If you were tricked into visiting a phishing website and attempted to sign in, then you would have to change your password.
