Familybybox located at familybybox.com is a fake online store claiming to sell handbags. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

I ordered patio set said it was Home Depot. They said they sent me a Louis Vuitton card holder by mistake.But I could sell it make more than the patio set cost. Didn't receive anything. Request refund $77. Have yet to receive. Do not purchase from this company totally a SCAM!!!
ordered a patio furniture it said home depot but billing in my statement says FAMILYBYBOX.COM. I WAS TRYING TO CONTACT THEM because but no phone number.I am disputing the $61.18 from them I dont know who they are.
familybybox is a scam, I purchased furniture from them, and they sent me a pair of sunglasses, they said they accidently sent me the sunglasses but couldn't take them back, they also told me that they couldn't send me my furniture, they told me they could not send me my furniture since they lost so much money sending me the sunglasses. I told them they made the shipping mistake, not me and I should not have to pay for their mistake.
