Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

I wish people would check out these companies before making online purchases ! The Head office address registered above is actually a Motorway Service Station
I ordered a week ago & received my order yesterday. All was good and got regular tracking updates.
Been waiting 6 weeks nothing received joke company
I bought a toaster from a similar site on Facebook. After a month I received a toy ring (came from China.) They did not answer any of my emails. Found the address, also at Beaconsfield, and sent them a letter. Didn’t hear anything. Only one email that I had received my package. I tried to report them to Facebook, but it’s all very general (choosing a categories) and could not really say anything specific. I think it’s scandalous that Facebook allows these fake stores to scam people on their platform.
