Scamming - Fraud
Scammers are sending scam texts from 8122144605 and other 812 area code telephone numbers to potential victims, or asking them to call the same telephone number. Therefore, recipients of text messages from 812-214-4605 or text messages asking them to call the same telephone number, are asked not to follow the instructions in them. If you get a text message that appears to be from your bank, instead of following the instructions in it, contact your bank directly to verify the authenticity of the text.

Got a text from this number today telling me "Your Debit.Card have been locked!"Since I think my bank would be a tad more articulate and grammatically correct in their service alerts, I just ignored it.
Got a text saying debit card was locked.
I got a text 11/5 saying my card is locked
Just received a text from 812-214-4605 informing me that my debit card "have been BLOCKED!" These idiots appear to be calling from and around Indiana State University.
I also received a text Nov. 5 about bank fraud. Deleted
Got a text message telling me my debit card has been locked and to call 812-214-4605. Of course I did not cause I knew this was a scam. Deleted and blocked number
