I to have made a purchase and never receive my order. sent out many email on my behalf for the purchase I made and ne response.

I never received my purchases from Dec 19, I sent soooo many emails n yet they have NOT replied! I’m assuming they're scam artist!

I orderd some things and since january 5th didnt receive any thing, but they said was delivered, they send me a text stating they would resend the items, but im going to contact my credit card and cancel my payment.

I was also SCAMMED by this company. I ordered 7 items in November and keep getting the run around thru emails. The said that the items were stuck in customs. Yeah right, then I asked for a refund and still waiting. I will report them to BBB asap! Do not order from them!!!

I ordered 12 items , shoes and clothes,on 12/21/2022, until now I have not received anything yet , their tracking number shows that they have delivered to our mailbox on 1/17/2023, I contacted them using the email , got no reply at all , scammers , I will report them

Ordered from oiewiy tops, shoes & jacket. Received a ring that looks like it came from a box of cracker Jack's. Reported to my credit card company. BEWARE THE SCAMMERS. Did not know Nords is the same deal. Ordered tops & leggings. Will contact credit card regarding another scammer. Apparently they use many different names or aliases.

I purchased 3 items this site for their "christmas sale" let them tell it my order was delivered january 18,2023 lies they tell I have not had any problems receiving my packages ever!! From merchants except these scammers they obviously need that $22 really bad because of come to the conclusion they are scammers!!!

I placed 3 separate orders in Dec 2022 and have NOT received any items or merchandise at all. The tracking site stated the item were delivered. I filed a report to the Federal Trade Commission to report fraud.

Also received cheap fake ring !!

DO NOT order from this place--- total scam. I ordered 6 weeks ago , got a tracking # for supposed shipment and cc got charged. Totally on a slow boat from nowhere !! C C will be notified of fraud charge- not just one but two !!

I ordered over 10 items on 12/2/22. The order was supposed to arrive by 12/16/22. I thought they might be associated with Temu because that name came up when I was trying to inquire about my order. No this website is not associated with Temu. I am now going to the bank and challenge this purchase and get my $53.00 back. Don’t order anything from this website—it’s a scam. Since I placed an order there and used my credit card I have had 5 more fraudulent charges and now have to get a new credit card number.

I contacted my bank and received my money back within 3 days. I have truly learned from this. They will NOT get anymore money from me! I have ordered several times from Temu and got EXACTLY what I ordered and within a week's time of ordering! I Pray that Everyone gets their money back and NEVER have to experience anything like this again.

The website is a scam. I ordered 17 clothing items and received a plastic fake ring don't order from this site I learned my lessen if it don't except paypal don't order at least with paypal you can dispute it full refund

I ordered something without checking first. Ordered December 13 2022 tracked using 17track.net until January 5 2023 when it said delivered. Email store about the order and they suggested contact my Express company. Vague information ask who is my Express company but have yet to get response. I email to the again requesting refund and telling them they are scammers. Why does the USA Government allow scammers prevaledge. Denise

Same thing told me it was delivered which it wasn't. Post office has no record of my tracking being delivered. So tracking was a lie. Not worth the headache. My email was from Kathy too. So livid.

I believe they are major scamers, I made a purchase December 12th 2022 and here it is January 9th 2023. My tracking shows delivered but to whom??? I've emailed them 3 times about my order and no reply. Great looking clothes at Cheap prices are to go to be true, unless it's is in your face. Do not spend your money with them, it's not worth the headache.

I received an email from some lady named Kathy saying that my order was successfully delivered and that I signed for it. First, she tried to say that I put in the wrong address for delivery and then said that a neighbor may have stolen it. I have been living at my address for 10 years and I know where I live and how to enter the right address. She had the audacity to say that she would only give me back a 60% refund, especially since I signed for the delivery. I have my authorized signature setup with my local post office to which I don't have to physically sign for anything at my door. I have not signed for any packages or letters at my front door in about 6 or 7 years. That is how I knew that she was telling a lie!! I live in a well respected neighborhood to where everyone knows everyone and there has never been any theft in our subdivision!

You are absolutely right! It is not worth the headache. I will tell you to stay on them, keep emailing, and also keep checking your emails. What I've noticed is that they email late at night and early morning between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

I was scammed by them!I placed a small order on 12-14-2022. It's now January 8th and I have yet to receive anything. I checked the status of my order and saw that it said delivered on 1-5-2023. I don't know whose house it went to because it surely wasn't mine!! I have been constantly getting emails from them saying that the order is delayed and was still coming! What a horrific lie they have told!! I will be contacting my bank first thing Monday morning to get my money back from these thieves!!! I am truly heartbroken because my order was supposed to be Christmas gifts. But, I should have known better to fall for such a Scam!!

Me too. Did bank give you money back. I will be letting everyone on all my social media platforms. Hope you do same. Evil people, heartless

Update: Contacted my bank and the process has started. I should have my money back in about 7-10 business days, maybe less. I promise myself never to fall for this mess ever again. I do hope and pray that everyone, that has been scammed by them, will be able to get their money back.

I have to contact my bank on Monday. Thank God that I had already made my bank aware of this possible scam. I was told to call back and a case would be started to process the refund. I will post updates as things happen.

How can I get my money back or is there any possible way to get my money back I've got proof that I ordered it and my bank did the same thing they they warned me and I thought it was just because it was out of state anyways my heart is broken I have no idea what I'm going to do

Contact your bank or credit card company as soon as possible. Provide them with your data purchase and the amount of money that you spent. Also if you have any correspondence emails between you and that company, make sure that you save them because they're going to ask you if you've had any communication with them and when was the last time.

well I gave quite a order and I have gotten no response from my order one has supposedly been delivered but it has not I'm a month in now and figure I'm out of money it makes me sick

Contact your bank as soon as possible. Tell them the date of purchase and the amount. You will get your money back. I absolutely hate people like that!! People work too hard for their money for it to be stolen from them like that!!

I placed an order that was suppose to be delivered on 12-30-2022 in NJ. Today is 12-31-2022. I will contact my Legislator to see if there is any relief. I will also contact my bank asap. This is terrible. Buyers beware!!!

All of these oversea stores are a fake. I have ordered from a couple, dont waste your time and money. I did get my products, cheap, cheap, cheap. When I tried to send items back the shipping cost was so outrageous that I threw the products away. I had a $90 return shipping cost for about $38.99. DON'T DO IT, THEY WILL SUCKER YOU IN BUT BELIEVE ME, JUNK!!! I WISH THE BANKS AND PAYPAL WOULD CATCH ONTO THESE COMPANIES AND NOT LET THE ORDERS GO THRU!!!! I haven't received any of my products I did probably ordered about the same time you did and one says that it has been delivered through my postal service but my post office has not gotten it and one of my packages is supposedly sitting in California I have emailed them and emailed them and I've got nothing out of them so I guess I'm out of money and that sucks that people are that low down

I did order from the website for Xmas but the cost was minor only under 4.00,but I didn't receive the product for Christmas like I wanted so lesson learned. If it seems to good to be true,then it is.

I too was going to order some items and when I put in my credit card order my bank would not allow the order to go through. I'm so glad I didn't press the issue after reading it's a scam store.
