First, she tried to say that I put in the wrong address for delivery and then said that a neighbor may have stolen it. I have been living at my address for 10 years and I know where I live and how to enter the right address. She had the audacity to say that she would only give me back a 60% refund, especially since I signed for the delivery. I have my authorized signature setup with my local post office to which I don't have to physically sign for anything at my door. I have not signed for any packages or letters at my front door in about 6 or 7 years. That is how I knew that she was telling a lie!! I live in a well respected neighborhood to where everyone knows everyone and there has never been any theft in our subdivision! You are absolutely right! It is not worth the headache. I will tell you to stay on them, keep emailing, and also keep checking your emails. What I've noticed is that they email late at night and early morning between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
