Is Kelkong a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of kelkong.com

Major scam. They take your money and you get nothing but a bunch of emails saying your order has shipped. They even send a tracking number and fake logistics route information. I have tracked my # through USPS, UPS and FedEx not a valid tracking number at all. Do not ever order from this website.

It's a fraud. Don't ever make the mistake. They will take your money & that's it.

Why would Google allow such company to advertise on It's platform?

They did me the same way. I ordered something in Dec 22 and never got it; they are fake to me .

I placed an order in Dec. 2022. Never got shoes I ordered

They ripped me off for $40 sounded to good to be true all the merchandise I was supposed to receive.They kept e mailing me back and said it was delivered for sure to your house someone stole it off your porch. They keep saying how sorry they are and they're gonna make it right I said just refund my money which they never did .total scam artists!!!!do not order anything from this company they deserve to go to prison.

I know just how you feel my order was like $48 I I ordered it on December 6th of 2022 still haven't received anything they said they'd reshipped it I just looked at my new tracking order it said it was delivered today April 13th excuse me April 14th at 12:02 a.m. Central Time needless to say it's not here they all need to be put in jail. The bad thing about it on my emails it has us-kelgong on it.

I placed an order back in December.
I have been getting the run around since then.
They always give me a tracking number, that will keep you waiting for an order from Thailand or China.
Your order will appear legit, unit it end up with your order been delivered.
But you will never received your product. Toatally Scam..

So I ordered in January and got the run around like people said. Anything I can do now to get my money back???

Kelkong.com is a bogus scam operation, and as cautious as I've always been when shopping online, this company pulled a fast one on me
I purchased a pair of leather cowboy boots, and a fur coat on 1/21/2023, and still have not received anything.
I've emailed them at least 10 times, and all I received were replies from their CS team that my goods were on the way, well it's now 4/3/2023.
Over 2 months later, and I've received Nothing, even though their latest tracking information said it was delivered. Buyers PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.

I pretty much did the same thing as you order stuff in January because that's when the ad came on Facebook and got the runaround that my stuff was being shipped and as you know just got delivered as of March 30th. I have been emailing them since January that nothing has come but they said it's been delivered. Now that I read everything about this being a scam darn it. Is there any way to get our money back?

This website is bogus!! Ordered boots in November 2022 for Black Friday sale. Still have not received them and it's almost April 2023

This company Kelkong is a FAKE!!! They take your hard earned money and send nothing, you asked for a refund and you get the run around from 20 different customers service reps. Saying they will give you 30% of your money back after you have not received your order,than you let them know how are they going to send 30% back if you didn't get anything, than they say ok we'll give you 50% of your money back, you let them know that's not alright either bc still 63 days still no order has been received and P isn't what I paid for the order I placed. I paid 0 for what I ordered and than they say alright well p bc they much cover there losses, but I paid extra for shipping insurance so they have no loss. The emails go on, and on with different reps. Just got an email saying finally they will give me my 0 refund and that was 12 days ago and still no refund. They are FAKE don't waste your time or money you'll get nothing and had to change my passwords and get new cards!!!!

This is the biggest, fraud company ever. Total scams and steal your money. They claim they sent my package until I told them I have USPS INFORMED DELIVERY and get a picture email daily of what is sent and delivered. They sent nothing
Asked for refund, each reply says it takes a long time and could be 2 weeks. It's been 4 MONTHS..NO REFUND. Each email I send they say the same thing, that I'll get, and never do!!

I’m so ashamed of myself! I ALWAYS read reviews and was so excited when I saw some shoes I loved and have been looking for. Well, I’m still looking as I placed my order, was informed my order was preparing for shipping, and saw the order amount taken from my bank. This place is a total scam! DO NOT THINK ABOUT SENDING THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! How can places like this be allowed to rip people off the way they are? I must have missed the memo that stated if you are stupid enough to place an order with them they deserve to keep your money! You suck Kelkong or whoever you are.

I also placed an order for CHRISTMAS PRESENTS…I got ripped off too! I didn’t do my research also! They took my money & ran with lt! Sorry this happene to you also!!

So disappointed. I was so excited for my orders. End of Dec. I've been emailing every week getting responses but no packages. USPS says they can't track .

Buyer beware!!!! I got scammed recently. Contacted them. They said they will send me another shipment. I disputed the transaction.

Same thing happen to me late December and still no package. Has emailed them 6 times and they never responded to my emails. I finally had to file a dispute to try to recover my money.

I ordered from Kelkong late December, kept watching the tracking info. Finally said delivered in February, never happened. Emailed and never got a response.

Ordered a Jacket in January. Never received it. All their tracking info are not affiliated to our postal system here in the USA. This online store is a fake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I made two orders from kelkong.com in late December for coats, shoes,ect. Received two rings from an unknown company called Tanya on February 2. I emailed them when I checked tracking info which claim I received my two packages on feb.2, and I am still waiting for reply. I when back into kelkong web store and they have change name to Tuyloouk.com. I know I have lost the money,but what I would like is to info people not to fall for scam.I would also like to report them to Google or our government. I just don't know how.

I too was scammed by Kelkong- - - if it seems too cheap to be true, check for a phone number B4 ordering. I paid with a cc- so I probably won't be charged. On the upside, I did find another company offering very good prices, with the same "flash sale" promotion- where for a day you can score a product 90% off. I am in no way affiliated with them, but am sharing because when I contacted them with a ?, I got an American answering from Texas! And the merchandise was delivered as promised. It is called TEMU.

I ordered coats, shoes and such. The end of December 2022. Nothing yet. Their response to my inquiry of goods was to check my mailbox, my reply was that my order would .Not fit in the mailbox.
They needed to be STOPPED.

Agree with other comments- appears to be a scam site somewhere in China that takes pictures of legitimate on line company products and then advertises them at unusually low prices - too good to be true.
Not the very poor English describing their products and services, that should have been a warning sign for me.
Owners of Kelkong have now set up other on line companies advertising outdoor gear, again at pricing "too good to be true" for quality products.
Buyer beware - don't get fooled in to doing biz with them which I unfortunately did.

The way I see it, I'm out 30.00 but someone may benefit. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

You can get a refund from your Credit Card most likely, I did.
