FINAL NOTICE BEFORE LEGAL ACTION

CASE FILE#: DA-9822/MD-9213

This is to final notify you that ANN LUTNES, going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within the next 24 hours,

We have given you more than enough time and every chance to resolve this matter outside the courthouse but you are not willing to resolve this matter and any response,

We have repeatedly advised you of your long overdue balance in the amount of $1240.00. Since you have not made payment, we have turned your account over to our attorneys and instructed them to commence suit without further delay. There is still time, however, to avoid suit if you contact us within the next 24 hours. This will be your final opportunity to resolve matters without the expense of court proceedings.

YOU NEED TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE WITHIN TODAY AND TOMORROW TO GET THIS PROCESS DONE BECAUSE I LEARN THAT YOU WERE SENT SEVERAL E-MAIL WITHOUT GETTING A RESPONSE FROM YOU, PLEASE BEAR IT IN MIND THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN HELP YOU AT THIS MOMENT OR YOU WOULD HAVE TO FACE THE LAW AND ITS CONSEQUENCES ONCE IT HAS BEFALL ON YOU.

Still you really are responsible for the debt, for example, you might be sued, if they tell you that they intend to sue you, you should take that seriously.

We will be handling this matter over with you and will be providing you some pay off or Settlement options if available (September 3rd 2019).

1) We will accept 4 Installment each of $310.00 payments every other week.

2) Two Installment $520.00 payments every month.

3) Settlement one time full payment: $910.00 on or before September 3rd to close your case file.

If not then we have to download this case forcefully against you into the courthouse.

If the negative information on your credit report is true, you cannot change the report. The only way to get a better credit report is to improve your spending and bill paying habits. In time your credit report will improve. Credit reports show up for 20 years of negative information, Bankruptcy filings can be listed on your credit report for 10 years. Most other debts can be listed for 7 years. (M.G.L. c. 93, s. 52).

If your credit is bad, you can work towards building good credit.

• Pay back the debt you owe.

• Do not borrow money that you cannot pay back.

Reply me back immediately with your final answer so we can be in a position whether to put hold on your case file or to proceed it inside the courthouse,

Thank You.

Sincerely,

Interstate Creditor Reviser.
