I have gotten two such calls recently

1. National student loan forigeness center from 715-546-5719 May 4
2. Studxent Loan Forgiveness Center of California 480-300-6221

Scammers Suck

Received this same call from Wyoming, IA area number: 563-454-4082. Left the same message asking to return her call at 878-217-0042

A woman called on June 6 at 12:39 pm from this # 1-662 238 0707 & left the following voice message.

Hello this is Jenny from the National Student Loan Center. The reason I'm calling is because your student loan is flagged for full discharge. We do need you authorization to complete the process once that's done you'll be all set. Please call our office today at 848-274-2527. Again that number is 848-274-2527. Thank you and talk to you soon.

The SAME exact number and message left for me too

A woman called on June 6 at 2:22pm from this # 1-813-565-9879 & left the following voice message.

Hello this is Jenny from the National Student Loan Center. The reason I'm calling is because your student loan is flagged for full discharge. We do need you authorization to complete the process once that's done you'll be all set. Please call our office today at 848-274-2527. Again that number is 848-274-2527. Thank you and talk to you soon.

I had the same voice-mail but it was from 8482742527

Received two calls from 641-624-6257 as well as 2 other calls from other numbers all within a 30 minute period. The voicemail stated it was Jenny from the National Student Loan Center. She stated that my student loan is eligible for full forgiveness and that they need my authorization to complete the process. Told me to call 848.236.1296.

Thing is, whether my student loans are forgiven or not I will never pay a single cent towards them so why the h**l would I care if they are forgiven?

Call from 256-480-0744 with return number of 878-205-2692. Voicemail indicates call from Jenny from national student loan center with my loan flagged for full discharge.

I got a call from 657-441-5299 and they left a vm asking to call them back via 878-274-2527. I blocked them.

I got a call from 323-306-8020 asking me to call 848-272-5369. I blocked them

I got a call from Jenny from 904 298 9764 asking me to call 848-272-5369

I received a call from Jenny also. I am not going to respond.

I got a call from Jenny, the call back number was 848-272-5369. She called from 660-217-4636.

I received a call from Jenny as well, the call back number 848-272-5369. My intuition told me to check the phone number on Google, and when I did, I arrived here. I am so glad I followed my gut.

I just got the same call from the same person listed here. It is a scam.

I got a call from Brett and Jenny the call back number 878-217-0059. I'm glad I did my research before calling them back.

Received a call from Brett yesterday (641-726-6858) from the National Student Loan servicing center the reason I am calling is because your student loan is eligible for full discharge we do need your authorization to complete process once that's done will be all set please call our office today at (878)217-0056 again that number is (878)217-0056 thank you and talk to you soon.

I received a call that went to voicemail. The caller ID showed 660-217-4109. The message left was: Hello this is Jenny from the national student loan center the reason I'm calling is because your student loan is flagged for full discharge we do need to authorization to complete the process once that's done you'll be all set please call our office today at 848-272-5369 again that number is 848-272-5369 thank you and talk to you soon…”

I did not and will not call these scammers back. The call came on 5/24/2022 at central time 6:35 pm.

I just received a message asking me to call 8782062692 about student loan forgiveness. I am pretty sure is a scam. They leave a message from an unknown caller and ask me to call 8782062692. :(

Just received a call from Jenny using number 8782050040.

Received call/VM from Brett at National Student Loans Center stating my account was flagged for full discharge and would need my authorization in order to do so.

878-216-4018 was the number to call them back.

I paid all of my student loans off years ago!

Got a call from 8782134526. I don't even have student loans!

“Your student hello this is Brett from the national student loan center I'm actually calling with some good news that may help you your student loan is flag before discharge we just need your authorization to complete the process so the process only takes a couple minutes once that's done you'll be all set I am here all day and can get this wrapped up for you please call our office today and let us know if you'd like to move forward it is a new program that's being offered our office number is 878-213-4526 again that number is 878-213-4526 thank you and talk to you soon…”

Received a call/voicemail from Brett saying he was from the National Student Loan Center. The call came from 715-473-8500. He said my student loan was flagged for full discharge and needed authorization to complete and to call back at 878-216-4018. He didn't mention my name, the amount, or even office hours he said that he would be in the office all day. I haven't called back but I thought it didn't sound right.

Received a call/voicemail from Brett saying he was from the National Student Loan Center. The call came from 563-244-4532. He said my student loan was flagged for full discharge and needed authorization to complete the process.

yes I received a call from 8482742527....saying they were from the national student loan forgiveness department....however I never got the call it was on my voice mail.

Received a call from Brett saying he was from the National Student Loan Center. Call came from 469-415-3249 out of Maypearl, TX. He said my student loan was flagged for full discharge and needed authorization to complete the process. He said this was a new program and left the office # of 878-213-4526. I actually don't have any student loans of any kind so knew it was a scam. Hope this helps someone out there to be aware!

I have been getting the same call/voicemail. Called MOHELA and they have no idea what it's about, it's a scam. Thank you for sharing and confirming my suspicions!

I’ve received a call from Brett too except for the phone number this time it came from 1 (469) 415-3795 maypearl, TX. he left me a voicemail stating the exact same thing as what you’ve mentioned above

I just got this phone call five minutes ago from Brett. He sounded sick! lol. Idiots.

Jenny called from 1 (715) 326-6512. The caller forced the call straight to voicemail, not allowing me the chance to answer. The voicemail was as follows, directly copied from my phone:

“HI this is Jenny from the national student loan center we may have tried to reach you in the past but we weren't able to get a hold of you I'm calling because your student loan is flash before discharge all him statuses are eligible including loans and garnishment or default the program will give you zero dollar payments we do need to authorization to complete the process once that's done you'll be all set please call our office today at 878-213-4554 again that number is 878-213-4554 thank you and talk to you soon…”

there is also a 878-213-4554 and they called me from a 541-866-5118, they did leave me a message about loan discharge but I just ignore it. if my phone sense a scam call automatically I will not receive the phone call it goes straight to voicemail

Got this call concerning student loan discharge. I did not call it back but the number that called was 1 920 401 0469 Greenbay, WI. And they number the message asked me to call back was 848 274 2527.
