Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

    ordered a frig, not delivered, so got my bank to not pay out, Keito telephone number said it was full up, whatever that meant.

    DO not deal with this firm they are a scam

    Ordered a lawnmower online with these people earlier today. Once I'd paid there was no order confirmation or anything. Cancelled my payment card and told my bank.

    Never got any correspondence not even an order number,not even able to contact them in any way now got the bank's fraud dept to try and get my money back. They say if its to good to be true then it's a scam

    Absolute scam, ordered item got no confirmation or order number then read the reviews about it being a scam, it’s been reported to the fraud team

    Trouble is adverts placed on the Internet are being promoted by Google, I searched for an item on a site I’ve used for years, and Google pushed there adds onto that site, finally managed to get the adverts removed

    That's right l bought from keito mart and l didn't receive anything as well as l tried to email them bot no response more than 3 weeks and nothing. They are stealing money from people.

    Took money from my bank. Three different "companies " names involved, definitely spam from Malaysia. I feel upset foolish and angry. Bank is waiting for pending to go which it did this morning and blocked them trying to take more out. New cards password etc as they have address phone number and email for delivery 😪

      This is a shopping scam please do not use, you will lose your money and make sure you cancel your cards as they can use your information on you have submitted online

    This site is most definitely fraudulent. Stupidly, I placed an order without confirming their validity. Contact details all fail to work, email address is totally bogus, phone is an EE mobile which is permanently fixed to inform callers that "unfortunately no one is available at the moment, but please leave a message blah,blah,blah. Don't hold your breath for the promised reply.

    If, like me, you have completed an order, raise a dispute with your provider.

    Whilst they exploit the general relaxed attitude to the rule Caveat Emptor, I think financial institutions should blacklist such companies. Indeed, the likes of Google should also monitor more closely the standing of companies that are featured on Google ads
