I paid £139 for garden furniture 6th June, no emails or any confirmation that this is ever being sent out? I've got my bank dealing with this now, hoping I can get my money

SCAM! Ordered based on good reviews on FB and taking a risk with it not being too pricey but complete scam. Lucky I paid with Amex as they are sorting it out for me and have already credited my card

Yes, I'm the same I checked reviews and can't access the tracking now either. I have advised my bank and police. Fortunately not too much money. Would rather give it to charity.
Facebook need to check out these companies before allowing them to use this and fraudulently take people's money. Absolutely disgusted 😡
