Online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

SCAM! Ordered based on good reviews on FB and taking a risk with it not being too pricey but complete scam. Lucky I paid with Amex as they are sorting it out for me and have already credited my card
Yes, I'm the same I checked reviews and can't access the tracking now either. I have advised my bank and police. Fortunately not too much money. Would rather give it to charity.Facebook need to check out these companies before allowing them to use this and fraudulently take people's money. Absolutely disgusted 😡
I have same problem. Paid for garden furniture and not delivered. Now their website is down. I paid by debit card so doubt if I will get money back
Same here I ordered and emailed I recieved replies the first 5 times now no link to store so looks like I've lost my money
I have the same issue. I recently contacted the company and was told to expect delivery within a week. However, I cannot now access the website or email. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can retrieve my money. I paid by this method deliberately, just in case such a problem arose.

Total scam the day before I was meant to receive what I ordered and paid for I was blocked by them ( the scamers) I had emailed a couple of times before this and received a reply from a kelly Johnson at a Gmail.com account telling me to track my delivery through what they originally sent me... avoid .....

Try opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
Avoid this so-called company!Total scam.My bank is currently retrieving my payment.

SCAM! Please avoid. We bought outdoor garden furniture from them and now it's coming up as saying the website doesn't exist and the tracking info has been deleted.
