Is Standsay a Scam? Review of standsay.com Online Store?

Standsay located at standsay.com is a fake online store claiming to sell apparel, agricultural supplies and farming equipment. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

    They have ripped me off for $87.38 I sure didn’t have it tI loose. These people should not be allowed to have a web site they should be banned. They just keep taking people and as long as they are allowed to stay, that just move people they can get too

    I ordered the trail cameras.

    I received a belt.

    No packing slip or return instructions that were shown on their web site to be included.

    Ordered through Standsay, another company processed the billing, another person shipped the wrong item in the US.

    No way to resolve.

    they play dumb to every inquiry.

    This "company" standsay.s@outlook.com are a bunch of crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE. They say it is being shipped they have china post show it is delivered when it is not. Then first they say check with the post office we all know the post office would leave a letter saying there is a package for pickup. Then they offer to send a replacement of what you ordered and then they say this "we are sorry for that,we will refund you 85%,85% is really our best effort,can you just accept,then we submit the refund". I replied and said no, I either want my solar fountain or I want a full refund. I filed a dispute with my CC company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER.

    Bought an item and it never arrived. The China post showed it was delivered too. Customer service number is bogus. Contacted credit card company to dispute.

      Same thing happened to us. Item never delivered, then they lied to credit card company saying it was, so we are out the money. Stay far away from this site/scam
