But, the telephone number is not Bank of America customer service or support, it is actually linked to a call center operated by scammers. The aim of the scammers is to trick their potential victims into calling them. The scammers will pretend to be from Bank of America customer service or support. They will then ask potential victims to disclose their account credentials, personal and financial, which they will use fraudulently.If you were tricked by the BofA Security text scam, please contact Bank of America using the telephone number at the back of your card or the contact information on their website at www.bankofamerica.
