The aim of the fraudulent USPS Package text is being used to trick potential victims into visiting the fake and phishing USPS website that steals account credentials, personal, or financial information. The stolen information will then be used fraudulently by the scammers.

Recipients of USPS Package scam text messages like the one above are asked not to follow the instructions in them, they should just delete them.
