She doesn't have a PayPal account but I do, and in the past she gets some of my emails. She sent it to me and I brought it up. I selected Cancel invoice and it said I had to log into PayPal. I did, obviously saw no $500 invoice activity. I use PayPal rarely so I removed my payment method.I know you mentioned they want you to call, but did the Cancel invoice option that made me log in let them seem information? Is that another way to do that? Please advise. Thanks.
