Is WEN-ACQ Knox a Scam HR Firm Website?

WEN-ACQ Knox located at wen-acqknoxllc.xyz is a fake website. The newly created website's domain was registered 23 days ago and people listed on the "Team" page who they claim to be an HR professional, HR manager and HR specialist, are stock photos. This means they are photos used by everyone for free or for a fee.

I got a text from them saying

“Hello, I'm HR-assistant MATILDA , from WEN-ACQ KNOX, I am contacting you for a job offer. Can I briefly share the job details here?”
