Facebook Powerball Lottery Scamming Website - www.powerballlottery .tk

The website www.powerballlottery .tk is a lottery scamming website. The website is not associated with or has anything to do with Facebook. Currently, more than a hundred people of received notifications via email message, social networking post, tweet or text message, claiming that they have won thousands of dollars and they should go to the malicious website.

Here is a message from someone who has received the scam:

"I got one of those facebook powerball lottery today notification. They said that i won 100,000.000 and they want me to go on the website www.Powerballlottery .Tk or to email them at powerballtb @hotmail.com for confirmation.

They said that Cynthia Wilson saw my name while signing her check and ask the agent and he said that i need to claim it my self to text mr bradshaw my name and address asap 1 202 524 1659 im glad i look this up on facebook powerball lottery scam."

So, if you asked to visit the website www.powerballlottery .tk or asked to respond to or send a message to the email address powerballtb @hotmail.com, please do not. Both the website and email address were created by lottery scammers to trick you into sending your personal information and money.

    My name is R. Strayhand, I received a scam message through Facebook saying: "I need to contact Mr. Terry via Text message to climb my prives winnings." THIS IS A SCAM.

    Thank God I use my email set up for junk and c**p mail. So they got no vital info from me.

    BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THESE MESSAGES! IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY ISN'T.
