The Apple iPad 2 Giveaway promotion below: "We have got 193 pieces of iPad 2 that can’t be sold because they have been unsealed. Therefore we are giving them away for free" is bogus. This fake promotion promises an iPad 2 after commenting on, sharing and "liking" it on Facebook. Also, the promotion has a link that will take you to random websites or to a website that promises an iPad 2, if you complete a certain amount of online surveys. You will not receive an Apple iPad 2 after completing the surveys. The aim of the scammers behind this promotion is to get as many Facebook users as possible to comment on, "like" and share this fake iPad 2 promotional Facebook page and to make money from the surveys that are completed by their victims.
