The message was NOT sent by T-Mobile, but by scammers, who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money, personal and financial information. Recipients of the message are asked not to respond to it and never send money in order to receive a lottery or sweepstakes prize. Also, they should report the message to their carrier or service provider.
