Beware of "Urgent Notification - Arrest Warrant ID-GDH/256314" Department of Law & Enforcement (Lenders) Scam

The email message below with the subject: "Urgent Notification: Arrest Warrant ID-GDH/256314," which claims that the recipients will be prosecuted in a few days and their S.S.N will be will put on hold by the US Government, is a scam. The fake email message was sent by scammers to trick the recipients into sending them money by threatening legal actions. Therefore, recipients of the fake email message should delete and not follow the instructions in it.

It is important that the public take precautions when asked to send money via money transfer services like Western Union and MoneyGram, or Prepaid Debit Card to pay legal services or the government. This is because scammers use those untraceable money transfer services to collect money from their victims. Money sent via those services are not refundable, once the scammers have collected or used it.

LOAN INFORMATION
PAST DUE AMOUNT - $ $1081.74
CREDITOR - LENDERS USA

Arrest Warrant ID-GDH/256314 which will be issued on Monday.

Accounts Department of Lenders has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.

You are going to be legally prosecuted in the Courthouse within couple of days. Your S.S.N is put on hold by US Government, so before something goes wrong we would like to notify you about this matter.

Consider this as a final warning. And we will be Emailing/ Fax this issue to your current employer to make sure they take strict action against you. Your salary wages will be garnished too.

THERE ARE 3 SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS AGAINST YOU:

(1) VIOLATION OF FEDERAL BANKING REGULATION
(2) COLLATERAL CHECK FRAUD
(3) THEFT BY DECEPTION

We will be forced to proceed legally against you and once it is processed the creditor has entire rights to inform your employer and your references regarding this issue and the lawsuit will be the next step which will be amounting to$3931.08 and will be totally levied upon you and that would be excluding your attorney charges.
