As for me, I ordered for two set of pots all in the name it's cheap, the price was in dollar and I was debited in CYN. But thank God, I had little amount left in my account after the transaction. I waited for like a month, hoping to see my goods. That was how they called me from the Post office on faithful day that I have good from China, I was so happy that havent been swindled. You won't all believe that it was sunglasses those people sent to me instead of two set of pots.

I bought from the site and they have taken an unauthorized amount of money from my credit card, what should I do, turn to the bank?

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Dysart, Ontario, Canada

I just cancelled my credit card because I tried to check the status of my order and the website no longer exists. I then looked up my transactions and saw that there were 2 charges. 1 was for the product (and was far more than I'd agreed to) and the other was for a charge I did not make. What p*sses me off is that I am usually very careful when it comes to online purchases. This will never happen again.

I applied to my bank for a refund for the purchased goods on this fraudulent site. The bank promised to understand and help with the return of money to my account, but does not give a guarantee, since it can be a non-existent account.

I bought on the 25th November a ice cream machine and 5 cookware set for 250 USD, and payment was done by credit card , No confirmation mail, no tracking numbers, and now I cannot log in to my account. I don't understand whom to contact but what would be the result. I don't know. Is there international police department who is responsible for the crimes like this?

I too suffered the same loss on November 24th. I bought pots and a coffee maker totalling 138 dollars and the transaction out if my bank was over $170 dollars and a few seconds later another transaction if $150 hit my account.. I immediately phoned my bank who blocked my card so the third transaction didn't go through.

No tracking number was issued just a payment confirmation on the website and not to my email. I later checked my account on the site only to find a message " payment failed" on my order.

The bank said I email and they would follow up. I also tried to email the store but got a return on the email address saying it didn't exist. I immediately knew it was a scam.

On Sunday 25th of nov, I ordered from this company. The amount was 94.98 dollars. They took from my account 103.37. A few minutes later I received a message from my visa to contact them immediately. I did and was told that a withdrawal attempt was made 6 seconds after the 103.37 euros were withdrawn which made them suspicious. They blocked my card so no more money can be withdrawn but the first 103.37 euro I have to look into it with my bank.
I thought that because it said google trusted store and was on facebook the co was legit. This will discourage buyers to buy online. I believe that the legit co. should make efforts for these cybercriminals be punished.

Hello everyone, hey, I've just been a victim of it! This site is full of advertising on FB, which gives a serious and reliable image when we know how much FB is monitoring us, it is to think that there are the same controls for the advertisements of the commercial sites that it's different.
