Item never arrived. After many emails it got lost in Melbourne and they blamed Australia but after that I got no response from them at all. Four months later and still no product or communication.
I never received the product (mascara)they charge me $21.62, no tracking number and i tried to contact with then but no success..Tell me what í have yo do...I want my money back...Thank you
Dispute the charges with your bank so they can cancel the transactions and refund your money.
Do not do business with the company - scam - you never receive the product and when you do email them - no response scam! Fraudulent company!
Do not buy anything from them. If you want to get your refund, they will make you send the product back using express service and tracking number (they don't use one when they send you the product), and they will still deduct shipping from your refund.
never received my order - oral irrigator water floss! when contact the support team, always the same message pops up with a very wrong tracking number! really frustrated with this website!
