The ORIGINAL puchase was the last week in November for a Christmas gift. Had purchased through paypal, but for some reason after complaining to Valuegear, and posting a claim on paypal, paypal site was "access denied" on our computer. Coincidence? Many emails to Valuegear have gone unanswered. Total scam and rip-off. Stay away from this company.
