The website "www.gearzii.com", which claims to sell outdoors and tactical gears, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because they run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, poor quality goods that look nothing like what were advertised, or nothing at all.
The website: www.gearzii.com, is using an anonymous service to hide the site's owner identity and location, which is not recommended for ecommerce websites. Online shoppers should never shop or use their credit cards on so-called ecommerce or online stores that they are not able to identify who the owners are, or tell where the stores are actually located.

Just dont. Have never seen my stuff,but they have my money. Trying to reach them, you only get one of three form emails that tell you to that they had difficulties or the depot moved lately... and advise you to keep staring at the tracking site. Order will come soon. Dont even dream of something like customer service.Absolute fraud.

Nine months ago I order a led torch worth $45. I send so many Mails everytime they said we send ur product. No product details. Evertime tracking details shows while delivery customers reject to accept the product. We r mad, we ordered n pay full payment. No reply from company.. Fraud fraud fraud!
This is simply a false claim. Most reputable websites use private registration. Products generally come straight from the manufacturers. The company has over 40,000 happy customers since its founding. There are certain to be a few that are not happy (or are scammers themselves), but it hardly constitutes listing a site untrustworthy or fraudulent.
Gearzil sucks, received junk from these scammers and then you can’t contact the d**n crooks. They suck.
Same as all of the comments above. Product did not work, one was missing a battery... stay away. No response when I asked for help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Placed an order on 19.4.18, still have´t received it although my Visa card was processed the same day I ordered.They sent an email on 26.4.18 to say my order was on the way, but the tracking link doesn´t work. They have ignored repeated requests for information on what is happening with my order, both by email and via their Facebook page.I am now going to report them on Facebook and wherever else I can on the internet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
thieves took money for head torch, excuses after 8 weeks, could not track, Do Not Buy From Them

I'm having trouble getting my ordered item from them. I ordered it on March 6. I still have yet to receive it. I have messaged them 3 times and have not heard a response.I spent a total of $44.90. With no phone number to call, I"m not sure what to do at this point.
