Unfortunately I ordered from this company. I have yet to receive the item which was ordered on June 26th, 2018. Today is September 1st. I've had several e-mails back and forth in which they told me it was on its way.

Finally arrived in US on August 30th. If I ever receive the item, I'll report on the quality. NEVER going to order from them again. I've already contacted my financial institution for a refund.

Ordered a mesh dog door. I got many notifications it was on its way but after 4 weeks I contacted my bank and disputed the fees.

The fees were credited to my account. 3 weeks later these very smelly mesh things showed up with no directions.

They stunk so bad I definitely couldn't keep them in my house. Regnans is not on my list of where to buy anymore!

Lesson learned the first time! What an a*****e company!

I ordered same pen - didn't work. Have been trying to reach them for refund. Phone 800-205-6913 was advised all reps busy referred to web site for live chat which can't be accessed - get error message; or email from which you don't get an informative response.

I ordered the scratch repair pen. They were supposed to be $3.95, and they charged me $30.86. Does anyone know a way to contact them? The pens were no good.

The product that I ordered is an Identity Theft Protection Stamp for redacting information on prescription bottles. I ordered the product and when delivered, it was much smaller than described. It did not roll across the label and had to be forced, the ink was transparent instead of blotting out the information and the ink did not dry after one hour and it rubbed off the label exposing the confidential information.

On more than 3 occasions I contacted the seller who apologized and said they would send another at no charge. I never received a replacement. I then requested a refund and the automated response unit assigned a trouble ticket. This has occurred several times. I then indicated that I wanted a full refund and I would return the item, it was of no value and was not what they purported as being the item. All attempts to contact have resulted in an automated response with not further activity.

Additionally there is a web site, which I will include that is dedicated to warn consumers how bad the products are and they are an untrusted eCommerce web site. I want to get a refund. I contacted Regmans on 2/11, 2/20, 3/11, 4/7, 4/24; each time with their promise to either replace the product or refund my money. Neither of which has occurred.

Unfortunately, I had paid with PayPal and have since filed a dispute with PayPal. Which is currently still open. Any response from them has been an automated response. If you Google Earth the address it is a Round K Coffee Shop in New York City.

Agree! I wished I would have seen this before I ordered! I ordered something simple for less then $20 and the size of a pen over a month ago and finally.

I emailed to see if I could get a refund and I got back "the item has shipped" ummm the shipping label was made that same day.

I sent the email so they had no intentions of sending my purchase and it shows Netherlands as the origination.

Stay away - rubbish website. Have ordered something a month ago and it still hasn't left China. I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering.

In Jan 2018 I ordered a car seat cover for dogs. I was advised it was shipped mid January. Here it is April 9th and the order has still not been received. I have been provided links to track the package which only state the tracking number is not valid. They refuse to refund me the payment. Their solution is to submit a claim with USPS.

Items are cheap but you wont get it!
