I think I just got scammed. I also used my credit card on an unbelievably low priced swing set on facebook. The funds were taken from my account and listed as WEIEN-EC SINGAPORE SG and no phone number. It also list Wholesale club. I do believe this is fraud.

The fake website is being operated by thieves, therefore, contact your bank for help. Let them know that you have unknowingly used your credit card on a fraudulent website.

I tried to purchase something from one of their allied website - eumusic.com - and got worried when the UK address proved fake. It was the same UK address as the Playset web site.The payment didn't go through as it was blocked by Santander but, when I received a call from Santander security, they believe the site to be GENUINE and only wanted me to authorise the payment. I didn't of course and told them I thought the website was fake, but I had to convince Santander to block the payment and my card.Ray D

I am at the same situation! No connection, no play set, money. And now - no site..... Did you have some information in track your order? In my case there was written that it is in my city....but I think it is a fake too....
I immediately asked for blocking of transaction in my bank, but the transaction was made before my bank did anything. I continued to complain to the guys in charge of credit card payments and in the end I received the full amount.I suggest that you guys contact your bank officers, explain thoroughly with the evidences about the payment, printscreens, etc. and just be persistent and they need to do something about it. Otherwhise, they won't bother.
This website has a fake address in UK and fake phone number. This address on google directs to another website that sells musical articles that has a identical layout. Plus when you pay they charge you more and the invoice at the bank is from Eshop USDYFD Beijing China.

The sets advertised on this site are actually products from the costCo range..
