Where are your products made , for instance the mask
We bought a leather case for wife's cell phone in January. Took over a month to get it and it was for a different phone.Returned per company instructions on February 26th. They received it on February 28th.Been trying to get s refund ever since. Phone numbers listed on their web site don't work.Now they won't answer emails. Filed complaint with Ohio Attorney General's office. Don't expect any help from AG.
I purchased what I believed was a new computer keyboard. It took a month and a half to ship. I received only the keys. Buried deep in the fine print of the description (at least now) is something that maybe could be construed to indicate it is keys only.They don't give refunds. Buyer beware!
these guys are total crooks, the product that I received was useless and not as described. they should be put in jail do not buy from them no matter the price or product
Same story with my order, ordered, said it shipped, never received product, said they reordered, never received product after two mo. Asked for money back, refunded listed price of product minus tax & shipping charge. Still short $11.90, they refuse to credit my card. Contacting BBB
