I am another victim. Order product before Christmas, pay by credit card and ...waiting.I have almost forgotten, but now - I checked my account statement and found their note - MOESED. So I tried to find the website and found this one.I just would like to know - is it necessary to cancel my credit card?
It is recommended because they have your card information and use it at anytime. So, to prevent this from happening, cancel your card and get a new one.Also, opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
Same here. And my bank doesn't call it a fraud, since I gave the authorization to process. I have to argue with bank to get my monney back.

I am also a victim of this MOESED online store... They have charged my credit card ;(
The M.O. for this is when you complete the transaction you get a message your card was declined and given an option to enter another charge. It too comes back declined.Talking to Capital One since closing my credit cards a week prior to Christmas is not a good option as they will flag the account as one to monitor. And, I can check the charges every day to report fraudulent charges for them to deal with. After the holiday we can change the accounts.
