This has been the worst experience and return policy I have ever encountered. First of all - the Syndicate band looks cheap in person and it's very difficult to adjust even with the tool I tried to find "how to" videos, but none seem to exist for this band. Sent the company an email and got the wrong video and a suggestion to take it to a jeweller (no thanks, this was supposed to be easy) I'll just deal with your 100% satisfaction guarantee - HA, that's a joke.First off they charge you $40.00 US to return thru them. When I asked if I could return it myself, the answer was yes, but you won't' get a refund!!!! So, I need to pay a jeweller to fix this or I can count it as a loss since I paid $47 for the band (so why would I pay $40 to return it). I don't know what country these people are from but my advice would be to STAY AWAY! They don't care about your satisfaction at all. Even the person I was dealing with at the company told me he agrees with me - It's a rip-off. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
