Ordered an item on 2/11/19 and have yet to receive. Have not even received a tracking number.I cannot believe that PayPal will work with this company. Very frustrated and very poor customer service on their part.Several e-mails sent without any response. If no satisfaction - next plan is to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
It's been over a month and no item received yet! Have sent several emails and it keeps leading you to another email and another. So frustrating. Cannot believe PayPal allows them to use their services!

Same thing happened to me, placed an order on December 9th and have send several emails and no response. Starting to believe is a scam.

Same here! Ugh! Very disappointed and now probably out $40 and will now have to go fight the Christmas holiday shopping rush to get something else for my niece! Not happy!

Do you mean they are actually answering at that email address?
I've tried every email I could find. 3 different ones to date and no one will respond. Fraudulent!
