I made a purchase in wish addict more than two months ago, the product never came home, I lost time in getting an answer, but nothing has happened, I did not receive the product, they do not want to make a refund nor send it again. Neither answer the emails.I think this company is a major fraud and nobody should buy there.
I wish I had seen the reviews about this company earlier.I placed an order with Wish Addict on 5 March.. I have not received anything.. I have tried to contact them unsuccessfully..they send an email with this stupid ticket system that is supposedly tracking the order or complaint (not really sure), there are no phone numbers that I can call.I have no idea how to get a refund.. what a dodgy business!Trish, Australia
Ordered headphones from wishaddict. It's been almost a year and still nothing. They won't refund my money and will not give me any answers. This company is a scam. Stick with Amazon or you'll end up fighting this pitiful excuse for a business like me.
