My order 28450 and still outstanding since 18/02/2018?

I ordered 5 watches in March 2018. My order hasn't come.

All response emails from them are obviously prefabricated, and do not answer any actual concerns regarding the missing merchandise.

I ordered a watch in March, never received it although I got so many promises that it was on the way. Reorded in July and still have not received. Another con!

I have placed an order for 4 watches on April 28th and till this day I haven't received by ordered I asked for full refund which they haven't responded.

Im looking forward to the response they have for their pathetic and poor customer service.

I am from the Caribbean Islands and I ordered 2 watches in March 2018. To date I have not received any. I communicated with them only to be told that it is on its way or that they will send me another set. Neither of these have arrived.

I sent them an email to request my money back.

I ordered for 100$ and haven’t received even 1 of it. I tried visiting their but no luck. It was just a waste of money. They don’t even reply to texts on Facebook.

Neither of these links work now. I am not happy and this is another scam group I have been caught out with. It is about time facebook did a better check on what adverts and companies that advertise on their site.

The other two site to watch out for or Yours to Mine as they get you with postage only and the items free and the you find $82.00 taken out of your bank as a monthly subscription which is said it was in the terms and agreements. But the amount is not stated in there at all. And the same thing with CUSTOMERS POWER they had the same thing and I lost another $84.00 which in UK pounds was nearly £200.00. I am not happy as the goods that was sent was substandard and wasn't even the same colour or look like the same item it described."

I shop your watches online and I should receive it before 2 months.
But I don't receive any shipment and I send many emails with no reply.

They replay once with an email with a link not opened

Have been trying to get my watch for months an it has never came, I've complained an told them I wanted my money back on the watch or I was reporting them to Facebook and the BBB an I got a reply back they are sorry an sometime things get lost in shipping.

Waited again for watch an NO watch. So get another email back after complaining again asking if I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THE WATCH, THE RING IS NUCE BUT NOT 30.00dollars worth. So I wanted to try one more time to see if id Get the watch and here 2months later No watch, No money back either.

I ordered a ring and did receive it even though it's not the greatest at least I received it. Thought I would like to get one of the watches too.

Now waiting over a month and nothing delivered yet. Plus the web site seems to be shut down so now I can't check on shipment or anything.

Has anyone tried to get a refund?

On March 10, 2018, I purchased two rings from your company. Although they were both free, I was still
Charged shipping and handling. The two rings were, one dolphin and one mosaic size 9. You surely took the price of $21.97 for the shipping.

This is the second time I am sending this note. I would appreciate some comment as to what is taking so long for the rings.

I also paid the shipping and handling for FOUR watches.

The other purchases arrived before, so I knew the delivery taking a couple of months, so I’m patiently waiting.

I received some of the watches I chose a year or so ago, not all. They are nice.

So I chose more and got the shipping info but nothing has arrived.
Now I cant get into the orders and shipping

So I received a can we help you email which stated it was expected my orders should have arrived.

And if not, to take contact when I did so via the link, an automatic message came back advising to contact the online site, which wont download.

I ordered mine also in February and it said that China depo received it and that it was in transit on the 01/03/18.

Needless to say NOTHING and now I can't even get into the site or onto my shipment site?

I also have not received goods ordered in March.

I placed an order four months ago and till date have not received any of the items. This is a scam. This company is fruad and it filters out negative comments on facebook so no one can see they are a scam.

I never received my orders which were placed in November and December 2017. 6 months of waiting and still nothing. Definitely a Scam. DO NOT order from them.

How do we shut this company down, many have reported this is a scam but they are still online.

I've not received my Order

My orders haven't arrived yet and its been 4 months already. Ive checked on the site but nada. *le sigh*

I purchased a watch from them 2 months ago. It has been received by aus carrier facility but not delivered to my door. I wonder if it's a fraud as they give me a link to tracking page, not actual tracking number. They ignore my further emails. I would advise people to stay away from this business.

I ordered from GYO LONDON 2 months back for their infinity ring, what came was sub-standard ring which does not have the feel of weight, I went to a pawn shop to have it tested and turns out its just normal cheap metal instead of silver and the diamond is made of glass crystals.

I even went to their Facebook post and commented and they deleted my comment and blocked me off. I could not comment anymore on their Facebook page.

I have been waiting for more than two months for the same ring and all they keep saying it has been delivered! I sure I've been scammed to never again!

Well I have joined the scam club and out of 15.99; lesson learned; hopefully no one else falls for gyo London

I got scammed out of 14 usd. Which might not seem like a lot but as an art student who got this money from her first ever commission, it truly hurts. scammers!

Fake company. They pretend to send you stuff and then when you question where it is after 3 months waiting for it you get sent a tracking link to a page that says it's left China.

Don't order from here unless you want to spend months asking where your order is that never arrives and it's not free they charge shipping... That apparently they never use. Shipping is about a tenner per item. And they catch you right at the end.. then they don't send the item. Scam!

It's not a scam. I ordered a watch for free and paid postage. It took about a month to come true. I'm in the UK.

I bought a pair of eternity rings and got cheap costume jewellery. That's one birthday present ruined.

I ordered 3 items from GYO LONDON on the 7th of March 2018.. Paid 41.99... If it wasn't for the lady that randomly contacted me on Facebook telling me that it's a scam I would've been waiting on my order still. Well I've made peace that I got scammed...and can only warn others about them.

I order some rings back in February and still haven't gotten them. An have gotten no updates since March 8th. I have emailed them numerous times over the past 2 weeks with no response from them. After they say they will respond in 6 hours. I strongly advise to never use this company.

Never received my "free" watch that I paid $13.99 for shipping. I don't usually fall for this kinda of thing, but I did this time.

Try to track, couldn't and no way to get a hold of anyone at company because they give you a bogus e-mail and no phone number.

I got SCAMED for sure! Saw it on Instragram so I thought it was legit, jokes on me! Oh well live and learn, thankfully I'm only out 13.99
