My order 28450 and still outstanding since 18/02/2018?
I ordered 5 watches in March 2018. My order hasn't come.All response emails from them are obviously prefabricated, and do not answer any actual concerns regarding the missing merchandise.
I ordered a watch in March, never received it although I got so many promises that it was on the way. Reorded in July and still have not received. Another con!
I have placed an order for 4 watches on April 28th and till this day I haven't received by ordered I asked for full refund which they haven't responded.Im looking forward to the response they have for their pathetic and poor customer service.
I am from the Caribbean Islands and I ordered 2 watches in March 2018. To date I have not received any. I communicated with them only to be told that it is on its way or that they will send me another set. Neither of these have arrived.I sent them an email to request my money back.I am looking forward to a response from them.
