Crooks. Same issue as above. Cheap watch sent. Nothing like advertised. Won't pay for return shipping. Avoid at all costs.

Happy Chapp is a big-time FRAUD Chinese company. I Bought an ACTV "Lovain" watch from them and what was sent to me was a cheap watch in a plastic bag which looked nothing like what was displayed on their website.

To make matters worse the cheap watch stopped working less than 6 hours after I received it. I just could not believe the level of fraud that this company pulled on me. This was a classic example of bait and switch!

I am currently disputing the sale with Paypal and I hope to get my money back. My advice is to stay far away from this company they are like thieves in the night.

I purchased one watch which when it arrived was totally different and inferior to the one that I ordered, this was from ACTV which in turn is Happy Chappy.

I also ordered a smart watch from Encounter store which I haven't received at all. I do believe that as the two companies use the same format for advertising and both through Facebook they are in fact one of the same company.

Currently I am in dispute with them through PayPal. Please do not buy anything from Encounter store, Happy Chappy or ACTV as unfortunately you will learn the hard way.

Bought a SmartWatch from them; no intructions and appalling battery life - didn't even last long enough to make it through a working day with just the watch function in use!
Unhelpful email response petered out to zero response.
Claim currently being processed by my Credit Card Company.

yes, I bought that watch, arrived with no instructions or charger, no response from them so I appealed to my cc company and GOT A REFUND.

Do not buy from happy chapp. Fraudulent items not at all as advertised and will not answer emails we've sent requesting refunds

I'm having same issue with returning a Iron Man helmet we ordered for our daughter. We received a cheap mask not a helmet.

I had to write to them asking for a track number and after almost 3 weeks, the item has arrived...thay've changed the link now but at the time I purchased the item it was a helmet...here is the email (I can't attach the photograph of the helmet...)

I have also ordered in last 17th Jul 2018, I was charged but yet to receive any order confirmation from them.

I was going to ship the watch back to the seller but it will cost almost as much as the watch cost.

His web page says he is located in the United States but for a refund I have to send to Australia. USPS requires the sellers phone number which the seller will not provide.

I see that I am not the only one complaining about this seller, do a search on ACTV smartwatch review (go to pilot reviews or facebook reviews) The watch is not as advertised.

I was assured it was fully compatible with Iphone and it is not. Suppose to have 62 hours standby, try more like 7. It says to install a memory card to use facebook, twitter, whatsapp etc.. when I put the memory card in it still says insert memory card.

This is a bad deal, please refund me, it does not pay to have to ship it back.

3 weeks after ordering no confirmation email, no shipping info.

Finally received a very crappy smartwatch.

Had to send 4 return-request emails to get a response.

Now I have to send this piece of sht to Australia to get my money back.

Yes, you all guys are right. I ordered a watch 3 weeks ago. It shows the states from last 2 and half weeks - "in dispatch", but not reached here yet. I think they are fake. BE careful!!

They are in fact based in China. CNA express, their carrier is a China parcel company.

Paid for a watch and did not receive it. NO response from the site or email address provided.

The positive comment on this thread is from Australia. hmmm is that a coincidence? I don’t think so! They have smothered same writing and vocabulary as the individual that was contacting e via email pretending to be a customer service rep. Smh you will get what you deserve for ripping people off scum of the earth.

They asked for my ID to confirm that the order was mine 4 days after I purchased. I am optimistic, but I doubt I’ll get the watches I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous! Be aware of this website.

I ordered several things from Happy Chapp on several occasions, the products always arrived on time and were of a very high quality, and the team at Happy Chapp always assist me with any of my needs I find them extremely trustworthy

Then why do they say they are in California USA ..but in fact located in Australia ?

I bought from them as their website said they were in Australia but I got charged an International transfer fee from my bank so they are not in Australia. Also found the same article on eBay for about 60% less cost.
