Microsoft and other legitimate tech companies do not send unsolicited email messages, make unsolicited phone calls to request for personal or financial information, or fix your computer. These tech companies will never proactively reach out to you to provide unsolicited PC or technical support. Any communication we have with you must be initiated by you. And, don’t call the number in the pop-up messages displayed on your computer or mobile device. Microsoft’s error and warning messages never include a phone number to call.
Tech support scam websites make you believe that you have a problem with your PC. You may be redirected to these websites automatically by malicious ads found in dubious sites, such as download locations for fake installers and pirated media.

I tell him that I'm a small business and just open and don't have $399.00 to pay, so he proposed to pay one part $200.00 in June and another $199.00 in July. I agreed. Now I dealing with my credit company because he insisting to get paid.
For a SEO website it has a lot of broken links. All the links on the main menu are broken, meaning, the pages they go to cannot be found.I would not recommend that website to anyone.

I thus checked the phone number and found your site. I would like to hear your comments and I hope this helps others to be on their guard.
