Subject: Greetings your facebook account has been closed

For the last days, our network was under attack so you are required to install the attached file. It will initiate a safe connection to our network and your pc can be safe.

Please use this key: [your name][digit]

Facebook is trying to reach all our members fast but we have limited email resources. Our company would be grateful if you could send the attached file to your friends and relatives asap.

NOTE: you can only use the program using a Personal Computer

[your name].zip]

Please do not attempt open the attachment unless you want your computer to become infected.

The attachment has the following name: [your name][digit], where [your name] is your email address name without the domain name part, and [digit] is a number.

Do not open files ending with “.zip” or “.rar”, unless you are expecting these files from someone. Cybercriminals are compressing or adding their viruses to archive files such as Zip (“.zip”)  or WinRAR(“.rar”) to make them undetectable or able to bypass your email provider’s virus scanners.

If you open this malicious file, your computer will get infected with a Trojan horse, which the cybercriminals behind this message will be able to use to access and take control of your computer remotely from anywhere around the world. They may spy on you, use your computer to commit cybercrimes, or steal your personal and financial information.

Now, if you have already opened the malicious file, please do a full scan of your computer with the antivirus software installed on it.
