Your A.O.D. Card has been Temporarily Disabled Scam

Received the "Your A.O.D. Card has been Temporarily Disabled" text from 141-010-0001 saying they had suspended my A.O.D and I need to call 626-910-2736 to straighten this out. Sounds like a scammer to me. Had no idea what AOD is, other than and the number is in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
